9. Payments

All fees and payment terms are governed by separate agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance
• Advance payments are due immediately

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days’ written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Restricted Use

You agree not to use our services or website for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violations of export control or sanctions laws
• Any activity that may harm the Company or third parties
